Best electric cars 2022 and 2023

Tesla Model 3 rises above the class in almost every area. touchscreen interface and lack of dedicated smartphone integration can be annoyance at times, model 3 is a great pick for an EV.

Kia Niro EV is one of the best new electric vehicles and worth checking out. it has a roomy cabin, and even posted a generous 285 miles of range in Edmunds' real-world test, which is plenty.

Volkswagen ID.4 is a true family-friendly EV at a budget-friendly price. It comes with plenty of standard features and has  wireless smartphone integration and hand gesture control for the infotainment system. 

The Polestar 2 is the first all-EV model from Volvo's upstart brand. It boasts excellent driving dynamics, strong tech backed by Google, and a user-friendly interface.  

The BMW i4 is the latest all-electric sedan from BMW based on the company's 4 Series Gran Coupe. That's more straight-line speed than you'll ever need, but as an all-new EV it fails to stand out as anything special. 

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 springs out of the gate with retro-themed styling and the latest in electric vehicle design. It's also comfortable, practical and generously equipped.  

 Mustang Mach-E is Ford's first electric vehicle built from the ground up. From an engaging driving experience to a comfortable interior brimming with technology, it is simply the most well-rounded luxury EV on sale today. 

The Cross Turismo is the wagon-like version of Taycan. It is provides more cargo room and passenger space with no perceptible, trade-off in the driving experience.  

The EQS, in a nutshell, is an electric S-Class. the EQS is very comfortable, quiet and packed full of features. There are a few drawbacks, such as mediocre rear seat space, but overall the EQS is a smart pick for a luxury EV.
